Performance Bond	10 year full system - Labor and Material, No Dollar Limit Warranty.
Asbestos	May be required. Contractor must be able to obtain a performance bond for this project. The cost for the performance bond will be a line item on the bid form for the Building Owner to consider.
Type of Specification	Proprietary Specification. Base Bid will be specified roof System from GAF, Johns Manville, Sarnifil or Carlisle- Syntec. GAF, Johns Manville, Sarnifil or Carlisle-Syntec certified contractors only.
Job Start	Recovery specification for new Fully adhered TPO or PVC roof membrane over one (1) inch polyisocyanurate insulation that will be mechanically attached thru the existing BUR membrane (Remove Gravel).
Performance Bond	Lightweight Concrete over EPS over Vented Steel Deck
Location, City & State	No - Recovery Specification.
Warranty	Built Up roof with gravel that is directly over the lightweight concrete.
